I’m Lynn Jabs, Sales Manager with Liberty Home Mortgage and proud founder of Lynn Jabs Lending. I’ve been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years, and it’s truly my greatest honor to help clients achieve their dream of homeownership. One thing I always tell my clients: when you work with me and Tammy, you don’t just get us for one transaction—you’re stuck with us for life! Our clients become family, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. When I’m not helping families achieve their homeownership goals, I serve as the National Legislative Chair of VAREP, advocating for real change for our Service Members and Veterans. 🇺🇸 From improving the VA Home Loan program to championing financial literacy initiatives in and beyond the military, this mission is close to my heart. Outside of work and advocacy, family is everything to me. And when it comes to sports—I’m a true Sports Girl! While I love all sports, basketball will always have my heart. You’ll find me cheering for Auburn, the Seahawks, Mariners, Portland Trailblazers, and the Vegas Golden Knights! At the end of the day, I’m passionate about serving others, giving back, and honoring our heroes. That’s who I am—both in business and in life.

I’m Kelly Hendrickson, Owner, and Designated Broker of Better Properties Summit — and a lifelong Pierce County local who truly believes there’s no better place to call home.
My journey started in banking and finance after graduating from Clover Park VTI. From there, I transitioned into management roles in both furniture and property management before discovering my true calling — real estate. In 2005, I earned my real estate license and have loved every minute of helping clients buy, sell, and invest ever since.
As the first broker to join Better Properties Summit, I’m proud to now serve as its Owner and Designated Broker, leading a team that’s passionate about helping people achieve their homeownership dreams. I’m also a Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC) Trained Home Buyer Education Instructor, committed to empowering buyers with knowledge and confidence throughout the process.
When I’m not helping clients navigate the real estate market, I serve as President of the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP) and as AUSA President for the Lakewood/UP Subchapter of the Captain Meriwether Lewis Chapter — continuing my mission to serve those who serve us. 🇺🇸
Outside of business and community work, I’m a proud mom and “Mimi” — titles that mean the world to me. I love spending time with family, cheering on my favorite teams — the UW Huskies and Seattle Seahawks — and embracing all the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Whether it’s family time, giving back, or helping others find their place to call home, I’m passionate about making a difference every step of the way.
